Origins and background
Value Partners has invested in IT consultancy and services, establishing VP Web in 1999 and VP Technologies (Vp Tech) in 2001 in order to operate in the IT strategy and IT security sectors, respectively.
In 2004 Value Partners acquired Webegg, a company that focuses on Web solutions and Content Management, TeleAp, specialising in the design and implementation of CRM solutions, and Software Factory, dedicated to the design and implementation of customised applications. These companies were merged with VPTech and VPWeb at the end of the year to form Value Team, soon to become one of the major players in the IT consultancy and solutions sector, managed by Patrizio Mapelli.
Relacional and Mitsucon were acquired in Brazil in 2006, both leading Brazilian companies in system integration and CRM, thereby creating an organisation with approximately 500 professionals.
Patrizia Grieco joined the organisation at the beginning of 2006 as the managing partner of Value Team, to work alongside Patrizio Mapelli.
Value Team's growth was strengthened in 2007 with the acquisition of Etnoteam, one of the principal companies to implement and manage innovative solutions in Information & Communication Technology, and Netikos, a company that specialises in VAS owned by Etnoteam with operating centres in Brazil and Finland. Today, both organisations have been integrated in Value Team and all the expertise gained forms part of Value Team's broad offer: the User Experience & Usability laboratories, the Billing & Usage-related expertise, Web Services and SMS Gateway Services, the experience gained by E-TREE in implementing portals and the strategies of innovative on-line communications and Enterprise 2.0 solutions.
Value Team is an international organisation with offices in Italy, Finland, Turkey, Brazil and Argentina; the company focuses on the development and supervision of the most critical and essential technologies for the growth of enterprises.
The Istanbul office was opened recently, and supports the local customers operating in the financial institutions and telecommunications sectors.
