Value Team is the Consultancy and It services company in the Value Partners Group. Our mission is to contribute, through choices in advanced technologies, to the creation of value for business.

We assist client from the definition of IT architecture through to implementation, development and support to systems and services. We take responsibility for suggestions and for execution.
With the acquisition of Etnoteam, a major, historical reality in Italian ICT, our offer is further extended, and today we count on 2600 professionals working world wide, with a significant presence in Italy, in Europe and in Latin America.

We believe that the best innovation derives from dialogue between the world of business and that of research, which is why we collaborate, among others, with ABILab and Milan Polytechnic School of Management.

Organizational model
We build our work teams by putting together the right industry-specific skills for the particular market sector, the right specialists and the right technologies from our own centres of competence.
We are organised by "centres of competence" for the particular markets which correspond to the industries in which our main clients operate: telecommunications; banking and financial services groups; insurance; services and government; manufacturing and distribution, publishing and media.
The following technical skills needed for creating and implementing projects, whatever the industry, are allocated by centre of competence:

IT Consulting
consultancy on IT systems strategies and organisation, technological evolution, models of IT governance, IT systems architecture and program management.

System and Platforms
design, creation and operating support for complex IT systems of strategic importance for our clients' business, based on integrating and customizing a wide range of technologies.

IT Factory
creating purpose-made applications to solve specific problems by developing software for mainframe or advanced open environments and managing computer applications developed for the client.

The IT Security, services offered cater for such specific requirements that they make up a separate Business Unit covering the whole sector as well as all the inter-sectoral skills.

This organizational model is applied in Italy and reproduced in the other of our two main areas of activity, Latin America, where the Group operates through its subsidiary in Argentina and Brazil.
